This 4 Week custom program builds off of Part 1, featuring new lower body works plus some intense accessory work to add in. This has been a favorite program by all of the ladies! I love that it includes room to write in weights and add notes on the bottom of the book (I printed mine out so I could bring it to the gym with me).
